Hello there, sorry about the lack of activity around here. The computer with all the website shizzle on has broken so it's a bit of a faff trying to make new pages for the site at the moment but we'll get that sorted as soon as possible.

Hopefully everyone is going to the Sheffield gig on Thursday eve or one of the other recently announced ones... As always, information can be found on our snazzy gigs page.

The Seal Cub Clubbing Club entertained the crowd at Sheffield's Corporation nightspot last night and played all the hits during their 35 minute set.

The set went something like:

Anyways, it's all well and good us saying "oh we saw Seal Cubs last night and they were really good blah blah blah" but in a first for this site, we've got videos!

Our Wirral born Myspace powerhouse, Jennifer kindly took footage of the band performing most of the nearly instrumental, Bathtime and also the anthem, World Of Fashion. Follow the links and enjoy the surprisingly good sound quality on the Youtubes. It's almost like you're there in the room whilst they play.

Just found a lovely live review of the band from the June tour on merseymusic.org.uk. It sounds like the reviewer had a good time.

P.S. Forgot to say yesterday that first on at the Sheffield gig was the wonderful Calf By Calf. They've probably had enough of the Death From Above comparisions to last them a lifetime already but if you're into that sort of thing then it'll be well worth your while checking them out.

Hopefully everyone reading will be attending the Seal Cub concert tonight at Jack Rabbit Slim's in Hoylake. Support come from the ever wonderful White Trash ana Half Cast as well as My Amiga, Sir John Mandeville and Little Genius.

No news on when Seal Cubs are playing at the Leeds Festival yet but our sources tell us that it will be at some point between Thursday and Sunday probably. If you're going before the time is announced, study the photographs on this here w
